Sin contacto retina mediciones de flujo de sangre se realiza con un dominio de Fourier tomografía de coherencia óptica (OCT) utilizando un sistema de doble circumpapillary exploración circular (CDCS) que escanea alrededor de la cabeza del nervio óptico a 3,40 mm y 3,75 mm de diámetro. Hemos desarrollado un flujo de sangre software de medición denominada &quot;Doppler ópticoal tomografía de coherencia de circulación de la retina &quot;(DOCTORC). Este software semi-automatizado se utiliza para medir el flujo total de la sangre retiniana, área de sección transversal del vaso, y la velocidad media de la sangre. El flujo de cada recipiente se calcula a partir del desplazamiento Doppler en la cruz buque área de la sección y el ángulo Doppler entre el recipiente y el haz de octubre total de medición del flujo sanguíneo retiniano se resume a partir de las venas alrededor del disco óptico.
