human internal mammary artery (ima) transplantation and stenting: a human model to study the development of in-stent restenosis

Gegevens uit het preklinisch in vivo onderzoek modellen om pathobiological en pathofysiologische processen te onderzoeken in de ontwikkeling van intima hyperplasie na schip stenting zijn cruciaal voor translationele benadering 1,2. De meest gebruikte diermodellen zijn muizen, ratten, konijnen en varkens 3-5. Echter, de vertaling van deze modellen in de klinische omgeving blijft het moeilijk, omdat die biologische processen zijn reeds bestudeerd in dier schepen, maar niet eerder in de menselijke onderzoeksmodellen 6,7. In deze video demonstreren we een nieuw gehumaniseerd model om dit translationele kloof te overwinnen. De getoonde werkwijze is reproduceerbaar, gemakkelijk en snel uit te voeren en is geschikt voor de ontwikkeling van intimale hyperplasie en de toepasbaarheid van diverse stents bestuderen. Deze video laat zien hoe u de stent techniek in menselijke voertuigen, gevolgd door transplantatie in immunodeficiënte ratten enidentificeert de oorsprong van prolifererende cellen mens.
