Met dit protocol, is het mogelijk om de kinetiek van de toxine toegang te volgen in het cytosol en remmende effecten op de translocatie evenement karakteriseren. De concentratie van cytosolisch toxine kan ook worden berekend op basis van een standaard curve gegenereerd met bekende hoeveelheden van een keten normen die zijn doorbloed over de sensor. Onze methode is een snelle, gevoelige en kwantitatieve detectie systeem dat niet nodig radiolabeling of andere wijzigingen van het doel toxine.
