protocol for long duration whole body hyperthermia in mice

L&#39;hyperthermie est un terme général utilisé pour définir l&#39;augmentation de la température corporelle au-dessus de la normale. Il est souvent utilisé pour décrire la température centrale du corps accrue que l&#39;on observe pendant la fièvre. L&#39;utilisation de l&#39;hyperthermie comme adjuvant a émergé comme une procédure prometteuse pour la régression tumorale dans le domaine de la biologie du cancer. A cet effet, l&#39;exigence la plus importante est d&#39;avoir des protocoles de chauffage fiables et uniformes. Nous avons élaboré un protocole pour l&#39;hyperthermie (corps entier) chez la souris. Dans ce protocole, les animaux sont exposés à des cycles de l&#39;hyperthermie pendant 90 minutes suivie d&#39;une période de repos de 15 min. Pendant cette période, les souris ont un accès facile à la nourriture et à l&#39;eau. Fortes pointes de température corporelle chez les souris pendant quelques premiers cycles d&#39;exposition hyperthermie sont empêchés par l&#39;immobilisation de l&#39;animal. En outre, une solution saline normale est administré en premier quelques cycles pour réduire les effets de la déshydratation. Ce protocole permet de simuler la fièvre comme conditions chez la souris jusqu&#39;à 12-24 h. Nous avonsutilisé 8-12 semaines BALB / Cj souris femelles de démontrer le protocole.
