نحن هنا وصف طريقة سريعة وبسيطة لقياس صلابة الخلية. المبدأ العام لهذا النهج هو لقياس تشوه الغشاء استجابة لضغوط واضحة المعالم من خلال تطبيق السلبية micropipette إلى سطح الخلية. هذا الأسلوب يوفر أداة قوية لدراسة خصائص النشاط الحيوي للخلايا الركيزة المرفقة.
