Lipopolisakkarid (LPS) Gram-negatif bakterilerin dış zarının önemli bir bileşenidir. Bu lipid oluşan üçlü bir moleküldür dış membran içine gömülü olan A, hücre 1, 2 yüzeyinden dışa doğru uzanan temel bir oligosakarit ve tekrar eden O-antijen birimi.
