Récemment, leur utilisation a été étendue à des expériences de criblage à grande échelle pour déterminer l&#39;abondance relative des glycanes dans un large éventail de plantes et types de tissus simultanément 9,10,11. Nous présentons ici une méthode de dépistage basé sur un microréseau glycane appelé complète Microarray Polymer profilage (COMPP) (figures 1 et 2) 10,11 qui permet de multiples échantillons (100 sec) pour être contrôlés au moyen d&#39;une plate-forme de puces à ADN miniaturisé avec le réactif réduit et des volumes d&#39;échantillon. Les signaux de place sur la puce peuvent être formellement quantifié pour donner données semi-quantitatives sur glycane épitope événement.
