Tant le diagnostic clinique et fondamentale enquête des maladies oculaires majeurs grandement bénéficier de diverses technologies non invasives d&#39;imagerie ophtalmique. Existants modalités d&#39;imagerie de la rétine, comme la photographie de fundus 1, ophtalmoscopie confocale à balayage laser (ALSC) 2, et la tomographie par cohérence optique (OCT) 3, ont des contributions importantes à la surveillance des maladies et des progressions onsets, et le développement de nouvelles stratégies thérapeutiques. Cependant, elles principalement s&#39;appuyer sur les sauvegardes reflètent photons de la rétine. En conséquence, les propriétés d&#39;absorption optique de la rétine, qui sont généralement fortement liés au statut de la physiopathologie de la rétine, sont inaccessibles par les techniques d&#39;imagerie traditionnelles.
