In deze video laten we zien hoe onze lab routinematig TINTEN menselijke embryonale stamcellijnen passages met trypsine. Menselijke embryonale stamcellen zijn artefacten van celkweek, en hebben de neiging om karyotypic afwijkingen te verwerven met een hoge populatie verdubbelingen. De juiste passage is essentieel voor het behoud van een gezonde, ongedifferentieerde, karyotypisch normale TINTEN menselijke embryonale stamcellen cultuur. Eerste, een groeiende cultuur wordt gewassen in PBS om de resterende media en celresten te verwijderen, dan cellen bedekt met een minimaal volume van warme 0,05% trypsine-EDTA.
