<p class="jove_content">כאן אנו מדגימים כיצד במעבדה שלנו קופא גוונים האדם עובריים קווי גזע. תרבות בריאה, אקספוננציאלית הרחבת נשטף עם PBS להסיר התקשורת שיורי שיכול אחרת להרוות את התגובה טריפסין. חימם 0.05% טריפסין-EDTA הוא הוסיף אז כדי לכסות את תאים, הצלחת מותר דגירה של עד 5 דקות בטמפרטורת החדר. במהלך הזמן הזה התאים ניתן לראות עיגול, ומושבות מרימים את פני הצלחת.
