skin tattooing as a novel approach for dna vaccine delivery

Nucleïnezuur gebaseerde vaccinatie is een onderwerp van groeiende belangstelling, vooral plasmide DNA (pDNA) die coderen voor immunologisch belangrijke antigenen. Na de kunstmatige pDNA wordt toegediend aan de vaccins wordt getranscribeerd en vertaald in eiwitten die immunogeen reacties kunnen opwekken van het immuunsysteem. De expressie van EGFP met een excitatie piek bij 488 nm en emissie piek bij 509 nm kan worden waargenomen in muizen huidcellen.
