Vi udviklede nye iboende multifunktionelle nanovesicles kaldet porphysomes, som har struktur-afhængige fluorescens selv-quenching og unikke photothermal egenskaber og fungerer dermed som potente photothermal terapi agenter. Vi formulerede porphysomes hjælp højtryk ekstrudering og undersøgte deres photothermal terapi effekt i en xenograft tumor model.
