Fluorescentie sensoren zijn krachtige hulpmiddelen in life science. Hier beschrijven we een methode te synthetiseren en te gebruiken dendrimeer gebaseerde fluorescente sensoren pH meten in levende cellen en in vivo. De dendritische steiger versterkt de eigenschappen van geconjugeerde fluorescente kleurstoffen leidt tot betere detectie eigenschappen.
