종양 세포 외 기질 (extracellular matrix)은 암의 분자 이미징을위한 바이오 마커로 사용할 수 있습니다 암 관련 단백질의 풍부한 있습니다. 이 작품에서 우리는 종양의 기질에 응고 된 혈장 단백질에 특정 대상으로 MRI 조영제로 GD-DOTA 모노 아미드 복합 대상 작은 분자 펩타이드 효과적인 MR 암 분자 영상을 보여 주었다. 우리는 마우스 동소 PC-3 전립선 암 모델에서 MRI와 전립선 종양의 비 침습 검출 제의 효과를 평가하는 실험을 수행 하였다. 타겟 조영제 0.03 밀리몰 하나님 / kg의 낮은 투여 량으로 상당한 종양 콘트라스트 개선을 생산하는데 효과적이었다.
