אנו מציגים מכשיר microfluidic המאפשר קביעת כמותית של ביומולקולות תאית בתאים בודדים מרובים במקביל. לצורך כך, התאים לכודים באופן פסיבי באמצע microchamber. עם ההפעלה של שכבת הבקרה, התא מבודד מהנפח שמסביב בחדר קטן. הנפח המקיף לאחר מכן ניתן להחליף מבלי להשפיע על התאים המבודדים. עם זאת, על פתיחה וסגירה קצרות של החדר, הפתרון בתא יכול להיות מוחלף בתוך כמה מאה אלפיות שנייה. בשל ההפיכות של התאים, יכול להיחשף לתאים ברצף פתרונות שונים באופנה לשליטה מאוד, למשל עבור דגירה, כביסה, ולבסוף, תמוגה תא.
