1. 마이크로 채널의 설계 및 시뮬레이션

2. 칼집 유동 장치 부품 제조

</ol>3. 시스 흐름 장치 조립
<ol><li>하단에 하나의 체결 플레이트를 배치하여 아래에서 칼집 흐름 장치를 위로 조립한 다음 COC 층이 다른 COC 층과 나머지 고정플레이트(그림 2)를 구부립니다. 성형 홈이 채널의 가장자리를 따라 서로 정렬되고 COC 레이어의 유체 형상 형상이 완벽하게 겹쳐야 합니다. 해부 현미경은 정렬을 돕기 위해 사용될 수 있습니다.</li>
	<li>장치의 중앙에 볼트를 삽입하고 너트와 볼트를 손으로 조여 장치를 함께 고정시합니다.</li>

	<li>표준 HPLC 피팅을 사용하여 칼집 유체 및 사전 폴리머 용액을 포함하는 튜브 및 주사기에 칼집 흐름 장치를 인터페이스합니다. 손 조임은 모든 연결에 충분합니다.</li>
	<li>링 스탠드와 클램프를 사용하여 장치를 수직으로 장착합니다. 대부분의 부분에서 레벨을 사용하여 장치가 수직인지 확인합니다. 칼집 흐름 장치가 수직이 아닌 경우 섬유가 마이크로 채널 벽에 닿고 막힘을 일으킬 수 있습니다.</li>
	<li>마이크로채널의 마지막 3-5cm를 조사할 수 있도록 칼집 유동 장치의 COC 면으로부터 UV 소스를 수직으로 ~1cm 수직으로 배치한다. UV 소스는 ~200 mW/cm2를전달하기 위해 보정되어야 합니다.</li>
</ol>4. 솔루션 준비
앞서 언급했듯이, 많은 재료가 유사 프로토콜및 칼집 유량 시스템을 사용하여 마이크로 화이버를 만드는 데 사용될 수 있지만, 티올-yne 화학은 여기에서 사용된다. 저장 시간에 따라 발생할 수 있는 점도의 증가를 피하기 위해 섬유 압출 공정을 시작하기 직전에 프리폴리머 용액을 준비한다.
<ol><li>폴리에틸렌 글리콜 400(PEG 400)의 알리쿼트를 준비하여 칼집 유체로 작용한다.</li>
	<li>PEG 400으로 1ml 루어 팁 주사기를 채우고, 30ml 루어 팁 주사기를 PEG 400으로 채우고 칼집 유체역할을 합니다.</li>

</ol>5. 마이크로 화이버 생산 (비디오의 초점)
<ol><li>미세 유체 채널의 출구가 수집 목욕의 용액과 접촉하고 있는지 확인(도 3). 복잡한 구조의 경우, 수집 목욕의 용액은 코어 및 칼집 유체에 점도가 일치해야하지만 간단한 중공 섬유의 경우 물이 충분합니다.</li>
	<li>코어, 클래딩 및 칼집 유체 주사기 펌프를 각각 1, 30 및 120 μl/min로 주입하도록 설정합니다. 각 주사기 직경이 주사기 펌프에 제대로 입력되었는지 확인합니다.</li>
