Les modèles existants donnent surtout des informations sur le résultat net final de remodelage du collagène avec l&#39;utilisation des contraintes statiques 4-6. Ici nous fournissons un système modèle très configurable qui permet l&#39;étude de collagène (ré) organisation d&#39;une manière en temps réel, en 3D, sous l&#39;influencede contrainte statique ou cyclique. Les constructions de tissus sont à base de fibrine, s&#39;assurer que tous collagène dans la construction est endogène. organisation de cellules et de collagène dans les constructions est visualisée, et un système de référence interne nous permet de relocaliser les cellules et les structures de collagène pour l&#39;analyse time-lapse.
