전원이 공급되는 인공 다리의 직관적 인 조작을 가능하게하려면, 사용자의 운동 의도를 인식 할 수있는 사용자와 보철물 사이의 인터페이스가 요구되고있다. 우리의 이전 연구에서 개발 된 신경 근육 기계 융합을 기반으로하는 새로운 신경 - 기계 인터페이스 (NMI)는 정확하게 대퇴 절단 수술을받은 사람의 의도 된 움직임을 식별 할 수있는 큰 잠재력을 보여 주었다. 그러나,이 인터페이스는 아직 진정한 신경 제어를위한 전원 철 다리와 통합되지 않았습니다. (1) 유연한 플랫폼 구현 및 최적화 전원 하체 보철의 신경 제어 (2) 실험 장치 및 프로토콜 낮은 사지 절단 환자에 대한 신경 보철 제어를 평가하는보고하고자 하였다. 처음으로 PC와 카메라 프로그래밍 환경을 기반 플랫폼 NMI 훈련 알고리즘, NMI 온라인 테스트 알고리즘 및 극한 제어 알고리즘 등 보철물 제어 알고리즘을 구현하기 위해 개발되었다. 설명하기 위해이 플랫폼의 기능은이 연구에서 신경 근육 기계의 융합에 따라 NMI는 계층 적으로 원형 대퇴 의지의 고유의 제어와 통합했다. 일방적 인 대퇴 절단 한 환자는 이러한 서, 레벨 지상 산책, 램프 상승 등의 활동을 수행 할 때 우리의 구현 신경 컨트롤러를 평가하고, 실험실에서 지속적으로 하강 램프에 채용되었다. 신규 실험 구성 및 프로토콜이 안전하고 효율적으로 새로운 보철물 컨트롤을 테스트하기 위해 개발되었다. 제시된 증거의 개념 플랫폼 및 실험 장치 및 프로토콜은 neurally 제어 전원 인공 다리의 미래 발전과 응용 프로그램을 보조 할 수 있습니다.
