Vi beskriver en multi-vinkel roterende optisk imaging (Maroi) system for in vivo kvantificering af en fluorescerende markør leveret af saposin K (SAPC)-dioleoylphosphatidylserin (DOPS) nanovesicles. Anvender musemodeller af kræft og gigt, vi vise, hvordan Maroi signal kurve analyse kan anvendes til en præcis kortlægning og biologisk karakterisering af sygdomsprocesser.
