Descriviamo un multi-angolo di rotazione imaging ottico del sistema (Maroi) in vivo quantificazione di un marcatore fluorescente consegnato da saposin C (SAPC)-dioleoylphosphatidylserine (DOPS) nanovesicles. Impiegando modelli murini di cancro e artrite, si dimostra come l'analisi della curva Maroi segnale può essere utilizzato per la mappatura precisa e caratterizzazione biologica dei processi patologici.
