We presenteren een combinatie van cryo-elektronenmicroscopie, lipide nanotechnologie en structuuranalyse aangebracht op het membraan gebonden structuur van twee zeer homologe FVIII vormen lossen: mens en varken. De in ons laboratorium ontwikkeld om de twee functionele recombinante FVIII vormen spiraalvormig organiseren negatief geladen lipide nanotubes (LNT) methode wordt beschreven.
