Nous présentons une combinaison de cryo-microscopie électronique, lipides nanotechnologies, et l&#39;analyse de la structure appliquée pour résoudre la structure membranaire des deux formes de FVIII hautement homologues: les droits et les porcins. La méthodologie développée dans notre laboratoire à organiser de manière hélicoïdale les deux formes de FVIII recombinants fonctionnels sur les nanotubes de lipides chargés négativement (LNT) est décrite.
