Bioprinting basa en la impresión de inyección de tinta térmica es una de las tecnologías que permiten más prometedores en el campo de la ingeniería de tejidos y medicina regenerativa. Con cabezales de impresión de control digital y de alto rendimiento factores de células, andamios, y crecimiento pueden ser depositados precisamente a la de dos dimensiones (2D) deseado y posiciones (3D) tridimensionales rápidamente. Muchas aplicaciones exitosas se han cumplido con esta tecnología en ingeniería de tejidos y medicina regenerativa 1-9. En este trabajo, una plataforma bioprinting se estableció con una impresora Deskjet modificado Hewlett-Packard (HP) 500 térmica de inyección de tinta y un sistema de fotopolimerización simultánea. Hidrogeles sintéticos formulados a partir de poli (etilenglicol) (PEG) han mostrado la capacidad de mantener la viabilidad de los condrocitos y promover la producción de ECM condrogénica 10,11. Además, fotorreticulable PEG es altamente soluble en agua con baja viscosidad, lo que lo hace ideal para polyme simultánearización durante bioprinting 3D. Bioprinting, que se basa en la impresión de inyección de tinta térmica, es una de las más atractivas tecnologías facilitadoras en el campo de la ingeniería de tejidos y medicina regenerativa.
