조직학 볼륨 재구성 된 3D 형상 및 셀 이루어진 macrostructures의 수준에서 장기의 부피 변화의 연구를 용이하게한다. 또한 부피 의료 영상 및 치료에 새로운 기술과 알고리즘을 조사하고 유효성을 검사 할 수 있습니다. 다른 장기 1,2,3의 3D 고해상도지도 책 만들기 조직학 볼륨 재건의 또 다른 응용 프로그램입니다. 이 조직 구조 및 다양한 세포 기능 간의 공간 관계를 조사하기위한 자원을 제공한다. 우리는 광 blockface 이미지 세트를 사용 조직학 대량 재건을위한 이미지 등록 방식을 제시한다. 재구성 된 조직학 볼륨없이 전파되는 후 처리 등록 오류로 처리 된 시편의 신뢰할 수있는 모양을 나타냅니다. 두 개의 마우스 유방 땀샘의 hematoxylin 및 eosin (H &amp; E) 염색 부분은 ED에서 추출 된 경계 지점을 사용하여 해당 blockface 이미지에 등록 된조직학 및 blockface 이미지에서 시편의 GES. 등록의 정확성은 육안으로 평가 하였다. 유 방 땀 샘의 macrostructures의 정렬은 시각적으로 높은 해상도로 평가되었다. 이 연구는 유선의 절제에서 3D 조직학 볼륨 재구성을 통해 이르기까지,이 이미지 등록 파이프 라인의 여러 단계를 묘사한다. 2D 조직학 이미지 섹션 쌍 간의 구조적 차이점을 계시하면서, 3 차원 조직학 부피는 모양과 젖샘의 체적의 차이를 시각화 할 수있는 능력을 제공한다.
