Præcis, kausalitet-baserede kvantificering af den globale diastolisk funktion er opnået ved kinematisk modellering-baseret analyse af transmitral strøm via parametriserede diastolisk fyldning (PDF) formalisme. PDF skaber unikke stivhed, afslapning og Indlæsningsparametre og belyser "nye" fysiologi samtidig give følsomme og specifikke indeks på dysfunktion.
