Elektronenspinresonanz (EPR) überwacht Redoxtitrationen sind eine leistungsfähige Methode, um die Mittelpunktpotential von Kofaktoren in Proteinen zu bestimmen und in ihrer nachweisbaren Redoxzustand Identifizierung und Quantifizierung der Cofaktoren. Die Technik ist komplementär zur direkten Elektro (Voltammetrie) nähert, wie sie geben keine Information über Elektronentransferraten, aber die Identität und Redoxzustand der Cofaktoren in die untersuchte Protein.
