sivq-lcm protocol for the arcturusxt instrument

SIVQ-LCM är en ny metod som automatiserar och effektiviserar den mer traditionella, användarberoende laser dissektion process. Den syftar till att skapa ett avancerat, snabbt anpassningsbar laser dissektion plattformsteknik. I denna rapport beskriver vi integrationen av bildanalys programvara Rumsligt Invariant Vektorkvantisering (SIVQ) på ArcturusXT instrumentet. Den ArcturusXT systemet innehåller både en infraröd (IR) och ultraviolett (UV) laser, vilket möjliggör specifik cell eller med stor area dissektioner.
