Dieses Protokoll stellt eine multimodale Ansatz zur Messung Erholung in der Jugend-Athleten nach einer Gehirnerschütterung. Ein entscheidendes Merkmal dieses Protokolls ist der Vergleich der Post-Gehirnerschütterung Daten über eine breite Palette von Performance-Domains (Kognition, Gleichgewicht, Kraft, Beweglichkeit, Ruhezustand der Herzfrequenzvariabilität, etc.) vor, eine Verletzung / Grundlinie. Diese Daten dienen als Mittel zur Wiederherstellung unter einzelnen Jugend Athleten nach einer Gehirnerschüt...

Gehirnerschütterung kann als &quot;eine komplexe pathophysiologische Prozess, die das Gehirn durch traumatische biomechanischen Kräfte induziert&quot; 1 definiert werden, und kann in kurz-und langfristige körperliche, kognitive und / oder emotionale / Verhaltenssymptome 2 führen. Funktionell können Gehirnerschütterung und Symptome eine wesentliche Auswirkungen auf eine Teilnahme in der täglichen Aktivitäten und Beschäftigungen haben 3. Es wurde geschätzt, dass in den Vereinigten Staaten, zwischen 1,6 und 3,8 Millionen Gehirnerschütterung treten jedes Jahr als Folge von Sport Teilnahme 4. Spezifisch für Kinder und Jugendliche im Sport beteiligt sind, ist eine Gehirnerschütterung eine der am häufigsten berichteten Verletzungen 5-7. Trotz der Auswirkungen Gehirnerschütterung kann auf die täglichen Aktivitäten und der Verbreitung von Gehirnerschütterung bei Kindern und Jugendlichen haben, bleibt ein Mangel an wissenschaftlichen Daten die Berichterstattung, wie die Jugend Gehirn reagiert, über eine Vielzahl von Performance-Domains Gehirnerschütterung. Baseline-tsante, oder die Verwendung von vor der Verletzung Test Noten als Maßstab für den Vergleich mit posttraumaPrüfung Partituren zur Genesung informieren, ist eine Praxis, der sich wachsender Beliebtheit in der Jugendsportgemeinschaft und hat international 8 vorgeschlagen worden, um &quot;hilfreich sein nützlich hinzufügen Informationen &quot;(S. 3) in der Verwaltung der Gehirnerschütterung. Um am besten die abwechslungsreiche Natur der Post-Gehirnerschütterung Symptome (somatische, kognitive und emotionale / Verhaltens), ist es wichtig, dass die Bewertung der Post-Gehirnerschütterung Recovery umfassen eine Vielzahl von Zielkriterien. Ferner stützt sich aktuelle Gehirnerschütterung Management stark auf subjektive Bericht von Post-Gehirnerschütterung Symptome. Die Gültigkeit dieser subjektive Bericht kann durch eine Vielzahl von Faktoren beeinflusst werden, 9 und kann sowohl unter-Berichterstattung von Symptomen 10,11 und einer weniger genauen und zuverlässigen Index der Verwertung führen. Als ein Ergebnis gibt es einen signifikanten Bedarf an Ansätzen zur Messung nach Gehirnerschütterung Recovery in performan erforschence-Domänen, die sowohl objektive als auch empfindlich sind. Es hat sich gezeigt, dass die Wahrnehmung, Gleichgewicht, Kraft und Beweglichkeit können in der Jugend folgenden Gehirnerschütterung und Schädel-Hirn 12-17 beeinträchtigt werden. Die im Rahmen dieses Testprotokoll enthaltenen Maßnahmen wurden ausgewählt, um Einblick in die Recovery in diesen Bereichen nach Gehirnerschütterung zu schaffen und die Nutzung der validierten klinischen Test-Tools, die häufig über klinische Einstellungen auf Gehirnerschütterung Management konzentriert eingesetzt werden zu integrieren. Ferner ist aus einer Sondierungs Perspektive Ruhezustand HRV als genaues Maß für sympathovagalen Balance 18,19 ersichtlich. In einem gesunden Bevölkerung wird sympathovagalen Balance als parasympathische System dominant in Ruhe definiert, während das sympathische Nervensystem ist unter tonisch inhibitorischen Kontrolle. Es wird vermutet, dass die Post-Gehirnerschütterung, aufgrund physiologischer Stress wird ein Ungleichgewicht zwischen den beiden Systemen vorhanden sind und Ruhezustand kann zu Hyperaktivität der Verschiebungsympathische Nervensystem und Hypoaktivität des parasympathischen Systems 20. Das Ziel dieser Studie ist es, ein Protokoll multimodale Bewertung der Pre-und Post-Gehirnerschütterung Leistungssportler unter Jugendlichen (im Alter von 10-18 Jahren), um einen ganzheitlichen, objektive und genaue Verständnis der Erholung nach Gehirnerschütterung zu gewinnen durch. Diese Studie zielt darauf ab, einen Einblick in die Entwicklung und Lieferung von bestimmten Kindern und Jugendlichen Gehirnerschütterung Management und Sanierung Protokolle bieten.

Gehirnerschütterung ist eine der am häufigsten berichteten Verletzungen bei Kindern und Jugendlichen im Sport Teilnahme beteiligt. Nach einer Gehirnerschütterung, kann Jugend erleben eine Reihe von kurz-und langfristigen Neuropsychologische Symptome (somatische, kognitive und emotionale / Verhaltens), die einen erheblichen Einfluss auf eine Teilnahme in der täglichen Aktivitäten und Beschäftigungen von Interesse (zB, Schule, Sport, Arbeit haben kann, Familie / soziale Leben, etc.). Trotzdem bleibt ein Mangel in klinisch ausgerichtete Forschung speziell auf die Erkundung Gehirnerschütterung im Jugendsport Bevölkerung abzielen, genauer gesagt, multimodale Ansätze zur Messung Erholung. Dieser Artikel bietet einen Überblick über ein neues und multi-modalen Ansatz zur Messung Erholung unter Jugendlichen Athleten folgenden Gehirnerschütterung. Der vorgestellte Ansatz beinhaltet die Verwendung von sowohl vor der Verletzung / Basisprüfung und nach der Verletzung / Follow-up-Tests, um die Leistung in einer Vielzahl von Bereichen zu bewerten (post-ConcusSion Symptome, Kognition, Gleichgewicht, Kraft, Beweglichkeit / Motorik und Ruhezustand Herzfrequenzvariabilität). Das Ziel dieser Forschung ist es, eine objektive und genaue Verständnis der Erholung nach Gehirnerschütterung in der Jugend-Athleten (Alter 10-18 Jahre) zu gewinnen. Erkenntnisse aus dieser Forschung kann helfen, die Entwicklung und den Einsatz von verbesserten Ansätze zu informieren, um Management und Rehabilitation speziell für den Jugendsport-Gemeinschaft Gehirnerschütterung.

Das vorgestellte Protokoll ist eine laufende Untersuchung. Tabelle 1 zeigt Testverabreichungsschema des Protokolls.
