В 2010 году почти 1,5 миллиона человек (в основном женщины) развился рак молочной железы во всем мире. По оценкам, от 5 до 10% из этих случаев были наследственными. Почти 20 лет назад, BRCA1 и BRCA2 были определены как участие в наследственной рака груди и яичников 1. Поскольку около 15 лет назад, BRCA1 и BRCA2 кодирующие области были последовательными, чтобы определить генетическую предрасположенность к груди и рака яичников. Широкое использование следующего поколения последовательности открыло новые возможности для исследования рака и диагностики. NGS принесет огромные суммы новых данных по раку, и особенно генетики рака. Современные знания и будущие открытия сделает его необходимо изучить огромное количество генов, которые могут быть вовлечены в генетической предрасположенности к раку. В связи с этим, мы разработали дизайн Nextera учиться 11 полных генов, участвующих в репарации ДНК повреждения. Этот протокол был разработан для безопасного учиться 11 генов (ATM, BARD1, BRCA1, BRCA2, BRIP1, CHEK2, PALB2, Rad50, RAD51C, RAD80, и TP53) от промоутера в 3&#39;-UTR у 24 пациентов одновременно. Этот протокол, основанный на транспозазы технологии и гДНК обогащения, дает большое преимущество с точки зрения времени для генетической диагностики, благодаря отведать мультиплексирование.
