Dans ce rapport, nous démontrons le protocole à utiliser pour évaluer la rhéologie electrospinnability de deux biopolymères, de l&#39;amidon et le pullulane, de leur sulfoxyde de diméthyle (DMSO) / dispersion d&#39;eau. Bien formés amidon et fibres de pullulane avec des diamètres moyens dans la submicronique pour ordre du micron ont été obtenus. Electrospinnability a été évaluée par observation visuelle et microscopique des fibres formées.
