efficient ips cell generation from blood using episomes and hdac inhibitors

Bu yazıda verimli episomal plazmitlerini ve histon deasetilaz (HDAC) inhibitörleri kullanılarak periferik kandan entegrasyonu-özgür insan uyarılmış pluripotent kök hücrelerini (iPSCs) oluşturmak için bir protokol göstermektedir.
