the rabbit blood-shunt model for the study of acute and late sequelae of subarachnoid hemorrhage: technical aspects

Lésion cérébrale précoce et le vasospasme cérébral retardé à la fois contribuer à des résultats défavorables après une hémorragie méningée (SAH). Modèles animaux reproductibles et contrôlables qui simulent les conditions sont actuellement rares. Par conséquent, de nouveaux modèles sont nécessaires afin de reproduire les conditions physiopathologiques humaines résultant de SEP. Ce rapport décrit les nuances techniques d&#39;un modèle de SEP sang-shunt lapin qui permet un contrôle de la pression intracrânienne (PIC). Une dérivation extracorporelle est placée entre le système artériel et l&#39;espace sous-arachnoïdien, ce qui permet examinateur indépendant SAH dans un crâne de fermeture. Étape par étape les instructions de procédure et de l&#39;équipement nécessaire sont décrits, ainsi que les considérations techniques pour produire le modèle de la mortalité et une morbidité minimale. Des détails importants nécessaires pour la création chirurgicale réussie de ce modèle robuste, simple et cohérente SAH lapin ICP-contrôlée sont décrits.
