Der Shunt-Modell produziert Pathologie ähnlich wie beim Menschen nach akuter SAH 3,8,10 beobachtet. Es wurde vorgeschlagen, dass EBI kann verschärfen, zu pflegen und sogar auslösen DCVS 12, und als solche kann dieses Modell bei der Untersuchung sowohl die frühen und späten Phasen DCVS, einschließlich EBI und DCVS Wechselwirkungen folgenden SAH unterstützen. Aneurysmatischen Subarachnoidalblutung (SAB) ist einer der am meisten lebensbedrohlichen neuropathologischen Bedingungen, häufig zu bleibenden neurologischen Schäden oder Tod führen 1. Historische Forschung hat sich auf verzögerte Hirnvasospasmus (DCVS) als primäre Ursache der neurologischen Defizite mit SAH 2 zugeordnet konzentriert. Allerdings hat der allgemein schlechten klinischen Ergebnisse von Patienten mit SAB nach der Behandlung von Vasospasmus zu einer Ausweitung der Forschungsschwerpunkt geführt, um die Auswirkungen der frühen Hirnverletzung (EBI) nach SAB 3 gehören. Mehr Verständnis für die Bedeutung der beiden EBI und DCVS Beitrag zur schlechten klinischen Ergebnisse nach SAB ist wesentlich für die Entwicklung von effektiveren Therapiestrategien. Bis jetzt Einzel-und Doppeleigenblutinjektion in die Cisterna magna ist die Standardmethode für die SAH Induktion für das Studium der DCVS 2-6. Obwohl häufig in früheren Studien verwendet wird,dieses Modell wahrscheinlich nicht die neuropathologischen wichtigsten Änderungen mit SAH verbunden sind, nicht reproduzieren induzierte EBI 7. Im Gegensatz dazu ist die endovaskuläre Perforation bekannt, schweren akuten pathophysiologischen Veränderungen, die die Symptome der EBI 7 teilweise nachahmen. Dieser Bericht beschreibt ein neuartiges Kaninchenmodell von SAH zur Untersuchung sowohl EBI und DCVS ermöglichen, wodurch eine genauere Charakterisierung der SAH-induzierten Pathologie 8-10. Bei dem beschriebenen Verfahren wird die Standard Cisterna magna Modell durch Verbinden des arteriellen Systems angepaßt der A. subclavia und der Cisterna magna über einen extrakorporalen Shunt. Die Durchblutung wird dadurch auf die Physiologie des Kaninchens verbunden und durch das Druckgefälle zwischen dem arteriellen Blut und Hirndruck angetrieben. Die Blutung stoppt, wenn intrazerebrale Druck (ICP) gleich der diastolische Blutdruck und die Blut im Shunt-System koaguliert. Verwendung des Host &amp; #8217; s Physiologie reduziert Prüfer-abhängigen Induktion SAH, was zu einer konsequenteren Modell des SAH, die zuverlässig und produziert sowohl EBI DCVS Phänotypen 3,8-10.

the rabbit blood-shunt model for the study of acute and late sequelae of subarachnoid hemorrhage: technical aspects

Frühen Hirnverletzung und verzögert zerebralen Vasospasmus beide zur ungünstige Ergebnisse nach Subarachnoidalblutung (SAB). Reproduzierbar und kontrollierbar Tiermodellen, die beide Bedingungen zu simulieren, sind derzeit ungewöhnlich. Daher werden neue Modelle, um die menschliche pathophysiologischen Bedingungen von SAH resultierenden imitieren benötigt. Dieser Bericht beschreibt die technischen Nuancen eines Kaninchenblut-Shunt-Modell, das SAH Kontrolle der intrazerebralen Druck (ICP) ermöglicht. Ein extrakorporalen Shunt zwischen dem arteriellen System und den Subarachnoidalraum, die Prüfer-unabhängige SAH in einem geschlossenen Schädel ermöglicht platziert. Schritt-für-Schritt-Handlungsanweisungen und notwendige Ausrüstung beschrieben werden, sowie technische Überlegungen, um das Modell mit minimaler Morbidität und Mortalität zu produzieren. Wichtige Details für die erfolgreiche chirurgische Schaffung dieses robuste, einfache und konsistente ICP-gesteuerten SAH Kaninchenmodell erforderlich sind, beschrieben.
