척수 손상은 신경 기능 장애의 복잡한 특징으로하는 파괴적인 임상 상태입니다. 척수 손상의 동물 모델은 부상 생물학적 반응을 조사하고 치료 가능성을 테스트하기 위해 모두 사용될 수있다. 수술로 노출 된 척수에 전달 타박상 또는 압축 부상 병리의 가장 널리 사용되는 모델입니다. 이 보고서에서 실험 타박상 특정 상해 매개 변수의 정의를 통해 재현 손상 동물 모델을 만들 수있는 무한 호라이즌 (IH) 충격기 장치를 사용하여 수행됩니다. 줄기 세포 이식이 일반적 쇠약 상태를 경화시키기위한 전략 잠재적으로 유용한 것으로 간주된다. 많은 연구는 줄기 세포 이식의 다양한 효과를 평가했다. 여기에서 우리는 CD1 쥐에서 세포의 꼬리 정맥 주입 다음 척수 손상에 대한 적응 방법을 보여줍니다. ⅰ) 셀 라벨 위스콘신 : 즉, 우리는 절차를 제공중요한 추적 제, II) 마우스의 수술 전 치료, contusive 척수 손상의 III) 실행, 사후 부검 신경 전구체의 IV) 정맥 투여. 이 모델은 타박상 재생 의학 접근법 효능 및 줄기 세포 이식의 안전성을 평가하기 위해 이용 될 수있다.
