complete thymectomy in adult rats with non-invasive endotracheal intubation

Timectomia em roedores neonatais é um procedimento estabelecido e confiável para estudos imunológicos. No entanto, em ratos adultos, complicações de hemorragia e pneumotórax de ruptura pleural pode resultar numa taxa de mortalidade significativa. Este protocolo é um método simples de thymectomy rato que utiliza um mini-esternotomia e entubação endotraqueal.
