Ex-Vivo perfusão pulmonar (PPEV) tem permitido o transplante de pulmão em seres humanos para se tornar mais facilmente disponível, permitindo que a capacidade de avaliar órgãos e expandir o grupo de dadores. Aqui, descrevemos o desenvolvimento de um programa PPEV rato e aperfeiçoamentos que permitem um modelo reprodutível para expansão futura.
