خلايا مولر هي الخلايا الدبقية الرئيسية للشبكية العين. من نهاية أقدام تشكل حدود شبكية العين في الأغشية الحد الخارجي والداخلي (ILM)، وبالتزامن مع الخلايا النجمية، pericytes والخلايا البطانية التي وضع حاجز الدم في شبكية العين (BRB).
