고 에너지 볼 밀링 (HEBM)는 볼밀에 넣고 혼합 분말 공에서 고 에너지 충돌을 받는다 볼 밀링 공정이다. 다른 응용 프로그램 중에서는 볼륨 당 높은 에너지 밀도와 gasless 반응 나노 구조 재료의 효과적인 준비 (니켈 + 알, 따 + C, 티 + C)를 가능하게하는 다양한 기술이다. HEBM 동안에 일어나는 반응 매체의 구조적 변형은, 복합 에너지 생산에서 반응 메커니즘을 정의한다. 현상 조건에 따라 제조 된 복합 입자의 미세 밀링 유도의 미세 조정을 허용한다. 즉 턴 반응성에서 높은 에너지 밀도의 재료 자체 발화 온도, 점화 지연 시간뿐만 아니라, 반응 속도는, 미세 조직에 의존한다. 밀링 유도 미세 분석 결과가 나왔다 그 시약 사이 신선한 무산소 친밀한 고 표면적 콘택트의 형성 전반응성의 향상을 책임이야. 이는 점화 온도 및 지연 시간, 화학 반응의 비율이 증가하고, 반응의 효과적인 활성화 에너지의 전반적인 감소의 감소 드러난다. 프로토콜은 단기 HEBM 방법을 이용하여 맞춤형 마이크​​로 구조와 반응성 나노 복합체의 제조를위한 상세한 설명을 제공한다. 또한 에너지 재료의 점화 / 연소 특성을 결정하는 고속 열 전사 기술을 설명한다. 프로토콜은 에너지 나노 복합체의 제조 및 다양한 특성에 적용 할 수있다.
