Under alle forhold, må magnetene påføres under petriskål. Denne studien undersøkte påvirkning av magnetiske felt på veksten av frø for flere landbruk arter, med fokus på hage Balsam som en representant for jordbruksplanter. For eksempel ble tubulin farging utført på hagen Balsam for å evaluere molekylnivå forandringer i rot og stamme skjelettmikrostrukturer som antyder innflytelse av det magnetiske felt i lengde proliferasjon. Spiring er veksten av en plante som resulterer i dannelsen av en frøplante. Under visse forhold, begynner frøspiring og embryonale vev fortsette veksten. Det begynner med fuktighet til frøet for å aktivere enzymer for spiring. Frø kan bli indusert til å spire in vitro (i en petriskål eller prøverør) 1,2. Statiske magnetfelter er spesielle krefter som forårsaker bevegelser av molekyler med ioniske ladningene ved hjelp av Lorentz-kraften 3,4. Lorentz-kraft blir dannet når en ioniserte eller ladede objektet beveger seg i henhold til et magnetisk felt. Hvert materiale er utformet med atomer som er sammensatt av elektroner og protoner. Når magnetiske felt blir til stede, enten det er statisk eller vekslende, det påvirker bevegelsen av ladet materiale. Dette gjelder også for planter og vannmolekyler, noe som påvirker den intracellulære molekylet tilstand. I en tidligere studie ble elektromagnetiske spoler bruktå generere pulserende magnetfelt, og &#39;Komatsuna&#39; anlegg ble valgt som forsøks 5. I den foreliggende undersøkelse, magnet generert statisk magnetfelt ble benyttet for å gi en tilsvarende, men forskjellige effekter som en utvidelse studie av Lorentz kraft. Frekvensen av det magnetiske felt, snarere enn dens polaritet, er en avgjørende faktor for anleggs spiring. Tidligere studier har antydet at maksimal spiring ratene var 20% høyere enn kontrollen når frekvensen av det magnetiske felt var ca. 10 Hz. Da felt ble fjernet på en retrograd måte, ble veksten svekket 5. Statiske magnetfelt har en betydelig effekt på første veksten 6-8, primært på spiring 6 og rotvekst 7. I den foreliggende undersøkelse har vi brukt statiske magneter for å undersøke muligheten for å regulere veksten av landbruksplanter ved hjelp av magnetiske felter. Spesielt vi forsøkte å determine om visse vilkår av magnetfelt søknad kan øke vekstratene til høyere nivåer enn de som er nevnt i litteraturen. Videre, hvis den innledende spiring av planter med hell kan økes ved hjelp av et magnetisk felt, ved bruk av kunstgjødsel kan unngås.

Elektroniske enheter og høyspente ledninger indusere magnetiske felt. Et magnetfelt fra 1,300-2,500 Gauss (0,2 Tesla) ble brukt til petriskåler som inneholder frø fra Garden Balsam (Impatiens balsamina), Mizuna (Brassica rapa var. Japonica), Komatsuna (Brassica rapa var. Perviridis), og Mescluns (Lepidium sativum ). Vi benyttet magneter under kultur parabolen. I løpet av 4 dager med anvendelse, observerte vi at stammen og roten lengde økes. Gruppen underkastet magnetfeltet behandling (n = 10) viste en 1,4 ganger raskere vekstrate sammenlignet med kontrollgruppen (n = 11) i totalt 8 dager (p &lt;0,0005). Denne raten er 20% høyere enn det som er rapportert i tidligere studier. De tubulin komplekse linjene ikke har forbindelsespunkter, men tilkoblingspunkter skje ved anvendelse av magneter. Dette viser komplett forskjell fra kontrollen, noe som innebærer unormal ordninger. Imidlertid gjenstår det eksakte årsaken uklar. disse results av vekstøkning av å anvende magneter tyder på at det er mulig å forbedre veksten, øke produktiviteten, eller kontrollere hastigheten av spiring av planter ved anvendelse av statiske magnetfelter. Dessuten kan magnetfelt forårsake fysiologiske endringer i planteceller og kan indusere vekst. Derfor kan stimulering med et magnetfelt som har mulige effekter som er lik de av kunstgjødsel, noe som betyr at bruk av gjødsel kan unngås.

Tubulin-farging viste dispergert eller tynnet strukturer i planter dyrket i nærvær av magneten i forhold til kontroll (figur 2). Videre 7 dagers time-lapse studier med landbruket planter inkludert Komatsuna (Brassica rapa var.
