<html> O microbioma humano inclui diversos organismos de vários reinos taxonômicos que compartilham regiões geográficas no corpo. Aderência a superfícies celulares é um primeiro passo essencial na formação de biofilme, que é parte do processo de microbioma colonização. Incluído no microbioma pode ser vírus que causam infecções crônicas e persistentes. A infecção crónica de células por estes vírus pode provocar uma alteração na disponibilidade de receptor putativo. 1,2 Além disso, a entrada celular por agentes patogénicos intracelulares podem também afectar a fluidez da membrana hospedeiro / hidrofobicidade, que por sua vez podem alterar a ligação de outros membros microbioma, incluindo bactérias e fungos .
