<html> In questo studio, dimostriamo la fabbricazione di un monostrato auto-assemblato di C 84 su un substrato di Si attraverso un processo di ricottura novel (Figura 1). Questo processo può anche essere utilizzato per preparare altri tipi di substrati semiconduttori nanoparticelle embedded. La C 84 -Embedded substrato di Si è stato caratterizzato su scala atomica usando UHV-STM (figura 2), campo spettrometro di emissione, spettroscopia foto-luminescenza, MFM e SQ...

Molecole di fullerene e materiali compositi che li compongono si distinguono tra i nanomateriali a causa delle loro caratteristiche strutturali eccellenti, conduttività elettronica, resistenza meccanica e le proprietà chimiche 1-4. Questi materiali hanno dimostrato estremamente utile in una vasta gamma di settori, quali l&#39;elettronica, computer, la tecnologia delle celle a combustibile, celle solari, e la tecnologia ad emissione di campo 5,6. Tra questi materiali, carburo di silicio (SiC) compositi nanoparticelle hanno ricevuto particolare attenzione grazie alla loro gap banda larga, alta conducibilità termica e stabilità, alta capacità guasto elettrico, e inerzia chimica. Questo documento riporta una serie progettata C 84 -Embedded substrato di Si fabbricati utilizzando un metodo di auto-assemblaggio controllato in una camera a vuoto ultra-alta.
