ex vivoでの養子移入は、転移性黒色腫を有する患者のかなりの部分集合で、耐久性と完全な応答を媒介することができる自己腫瘍浸潤リンパ球（TILを）を拡大しました。このアプローチの主要な障害は、テロメアの短縮に起因する転送T細胞の減少生存率であり、のTILの限られた数の患者から得られました。長いテロメアを有するあまり分化T細胞は、養子T細胞療法のための理想的なT細胞のサブセットであろうが、これらのあまり分化T細胞を大量に生成することは問題があります。この養子T細胞療法の制限理論的にその自己複製人工多能性幹細胞（iPS細胞）を使用することによって克服することができる、多能性を維持するためには、テロメアの伸長、および免疫療法のための自己T細胞の無制限の供給源を提供しています。ここで、我々はのTILへの再プログラミング因子の伝達にセンダイウイルスベクターを用いてiPS細胞を生成するためのプロトコルを提示します。このプロトコルは、生成します完全に再プログラム、ベクトルフリーのクローンです。これらのTIL由来のiPS細胞は養子T細胞療法のためのあまり分化patient-および腫瘍特異的T細胞を生成することができるかもしれません。
