Det kritiske trinnet for fordamping måling i denne impedans-baserte deteksjons er fremstillingen av de testede løsninger. Deionisert vann kan ikke brukes på grunn av sin enorme impedans. I stedet, ble springvann inneholdende elektrisk ledende ioner anvendes for fremstilling av hyaluronsyre-løsninger for eksperimenter. Fordampning er en type væske fordampning og opptrer langs den gass-væske-grensesnittet til et felles legeme av vann. Vannmolekylene i nærheten av overflaten blir i stand til å unnslippe fra væsken som følge av kollisjon av vannmolekyler. Fordampningshastigheten er en viktig avgjørende faktor under prosessen med inndampning. Generelt er en balanse eller volumetrisk rør 1-3 er mye brukt for å detektere fordampning av løsninger. Det tar imidlertid lang tid for å måle fordampningshastigheten på grunn av den presisjon begrensning av en balanse eller en volumetrisk rør. Av denne grunn må en rask og høy følsomhet instrument bli utviklet for å sondere inn i detaljene i fordampningsprosessen. Elektrokjemisk impedans spektroskopi (EIS) er en rask respons, sensitive og effektive eksperimentelle midler i form av in-situ impedans deteksjon for elektrokjemisk system karakterisering 4. Derfor kan EIS brukes i ulike fyLDS, slik som nyere studier om mobilatferd 5, bioanalytical sensing 6-7, elektrolyse 8, ledende polymerer 9 og elektrokjemisk utvinning 10. Selv om EIS systemer hadde med hell vært anvendt i en rekke disipliner, eksisterer det et svært lite antall publikasjoner i sin anvendelse til fordampning forskning. Hyaluronsyre, et høymolekylært polysakkarid med sterkt vannbindende potensial, er et kjent fuktemiddel for kosmetiske anvendelser. En hyaluronsyre molekyl kan binde opptil 500 vannmolekyler 11 og nå 1000 ganger sin opprinnelige volum 12. En ekstremt liten mengde av hyaluronsyre kan ha fuktende funksjon 13-14. På grunn av høy fuktighet oppbevaring, har hyaluronsyre blitt en viktig del av kosmetiske fuktighetsbevarende produkter med høy kommersiell verdi på verdensbasis 15. Tsin studie presenterer metoden av en roman impedans-basert apparat med høy hastighet gjenkjenning, lite volum prøve kravet, og flere eksempler på målinger 16-19. Det er presentert med fokus på den relative fordampingen sammenligning mellom løsninger som en måte å validere overlegenhet av den innovative onspåvisningsmekanisme over en vanlig veiing måte.

Dette dokumentet beskriver en fremgangsmåte for en ny impedans-basert plattform for påvisning av fordampningshastigheten. Modellen sammensatte hyaluronsyre ble ansatt her for demonstrasjonsformål. Flere fordampning tester på modellen forbindelsen som et fuktemiddel med forskjellige konsentrasjoner i oppløsninger ble utført for sammenligningsformål.
