Ces contre algorithmes cellulaires automatisés ont été développés pour ImageJ comme un plugin Java en utilisant l&#39;ordinateur de la langue d&#39;Oracle. ImageJ est un outil de traitement d&#39;image publique et largement utilisé développé par l&#39;Institut national de Heanté (NIH) 14,15; ainsi, l&#39;écriture de ces plugins pour ImageJ facilite l&#39;intégration dans la communauté biologique. L&#39;automatisation de comptage de cellules assure un débit élevé et la reproductibilité par rapport à un comptage manuel. L&#39;Institut national de ImageJ de santé est un puissant disponible gratuitement suite logicielle, de traitement d&#39;image. ImageJ dispose d&#39;algorithmes complets d&#39;analyse de particules qui peuvent être utilisés efficacement pour compter diverses particules biologiques.
