molecular diffusion in plasma membranes of primary lymphocytes measured by fluorescence correlation spectroscopy

מתאם ספקטרוסקופיה פלואורסצנטי (FCS) היא טכניקה רבת עוצמה ללימוד דיפוזיה של מולקולות בתוך ממברנות ביולוגיות עם רזולוציה גבוהה במרחב ובזמן.
