형광 상관 분광법 (FCS)은 높은 시공간 해상도 생체막 내 분자의 확산을 연구하는 강력한 기술이다. FCS는 세포막에서 형광 표지 된 분자의 분자 확산 계수 및 농도를 정량화 할 수있다. 이 기술은 (실제 측정 시간 동안의 결과에 영향을 미치는 일없이, IE) 정상 상태가 면역 세포의 세포막 분자의 분자 확산 특성을 조사하는 기능을 갖는다.
