Zika Virus (ZIKV) est un pathogène émergent qui est lié à des anomalies du développement fœtal telles que la microcéphalie, des anomalies oculaires et troubles de la croissance. ZIKV est un virus à ARN de la famille des Flaviviridae. ZIKV est principalement transmis par les moustiques, mais peut aussi se propager par la mère à la transmission verticale du fœtus ainsi que le contact sexuel.
