Bisher wurden mehrere Geräte für Schweißüberwachung entwickelt; Jedoch sind solche Vorrichtungen dazu neigen, eine relativ große Außen beträchtliche Stromverbrauch haben, und / oder eine geringere Empfindlichkeit. Vor kurzem haben wir eine kleine, drahtlose Gerät für schnelle Schweißüberwachung. Die Vorrichtung besteht aus einem Temperatur / Luftfeuchtigkeit (T / RH) Sensor, batteriebetriebenen kleinen Datenlogger und Silikagel als Trockenmittel in einem kleinen zylindrischen Außen. Der T / RH Sensor ist zwischen den Erfassungsfenstern (durch welche der Wasserdampf von der Haut eintritt) und dem Silikagel gegeben. Das zugrundeliegende Prinzip des Schweißes Überwachungseinrichtung auf Fickschen Diffusionsgesetz basiert, was bedeutet, dass Wasserdampfstrom fROM mit der Haut an das Kieselgel (dh transepidermalen Wasserverlust und Schweiß) kann durch Veränderung der Luftfeuchtigkeit an der T / RH - Sensor erfasst werden. Darüber hinaus wurde ein Basis Subtraktionsverfahren angenommen und schweiß transepidermalen Wasserverlust zu unterscheiden. Wie im vorherigen Bericht gezeigt, kann das entwickelte Gerät den Schweiß an beliebigen Stellen des Körpers in eine einfache, drahtlose Art und Weise zu überwachen. Allerdings detaillierte Methoden, wie das Gerät zu benutzen sind noch nicht bekannt.
