De protocollen voor de synthese en zuivering van vier benzimidazoliumzouten en vervolgens hun palladium NHC-complexen werden opzettelijk gepresenteerd om jonge wetenschappers of degenen die nieuw in de veldmasters zijn, te helpen. N- heterocyclische carbenen (NHC&#39;s) hebben veel aandacht gekregen, met name voor hun vermogen om verschillende belangrijke reacties te katalyseren, zoals metathese, creatie van furan, polymerisatie, hydrosilylering, hydrogenering, arylation, Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling en Mizoroki-Heck cross-coupling 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 , 7 , 8 , 9 , 10 , 11 . NHC&#39;s kunnen met metalen worden gekoppeld; Dergelijke metaal-NHC-complexen zijn uitgebreid gebruikt in overgangsmetaalgekatalyseerde reacties als aanvullende liganden en organokatalysatoren 12 , 13 , 14 , </Sup&gt; 15 , 16 . Hierin worden de protocollen voor de eerder weergegeven synthese en zuivering van vier benzimidazoliumzouten (verbindingen 1 - 4 ) en hun palladium NHC-complexen (respectievelijk verbindingen 5 - 8 ) gedetailleerd 18 . De zouten en complexen werden eerder gekarakteriseerd onder toepassing van verschillende technieken 18 . Aangezien vergelijkbare verbindingen worden gebruikt voor katalyse van arylation en Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling reacties 9 , 10 , 11 , zijn de protocollen voor het testen van de katalytische activiteit van de complexen in arylation en Suzuki-Miyaura reacties eenLso gedetailleerd. palladium n-heterocyclic carbene complexes: synthesis from benzimidazolium salts and catalytic activity in carbon-carbon bond-forming reactions

Gedetailleerde en algemene protocollen worden voorgesteld voor de synthese en de daaropvolgende zuivering van vier palladium N- heterocyclische carbene complexen uit benzimidazoliumzouten. Gedetailleerde en algemene protocollen worden ook voorgesteld om de katalytische activiteit van dergelijke complexen in arylation en Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling reacties te testen. Representatieve resultaten worden getoond voor de katalytische activiteit van de vier complexen in arylation en Suzuki-Miyaura type reacties. Voor elk van de onderzochte reacties heeft tenminste één van de vier complexen de reactie succesvol gekatalyseerd, gekwalificeerd als beloftevolle kandidaten voor de katalyse van veel koolstof-koolstofbindende vormende reacties. Palladium N-Heterocyclic Carbene Complexes: Synthesis from Benzimidazolium Salts and Catalytic Activity in Carbon-carbon Bond-forming Reactions

Gedetailleerde en algemene protocollen worden voorgesteld voor de synthese en de daaropvolgende zuivering van vier palladium N- heterocyclische carbene complexen uit benzimidazoliumzouten. De complexen werden getest op katalytische activiteit bij arylation en Suzuki-Miyaura reacties. Voor elke uitgevoerde reactie heeft ten minste één van de vier complexen de reactie succesvol gekatalyseerd.
