1. 胰腺的采购

2. 收件人准备

3. 植入
<ol>
	<li>将移植物放入接受者颈部, 用脾作手柄, 头部侧向, 尾包括脾内侧, 腹尾。用棉签正确定位移植物。</li>

4. 术后护理 (终点)

这些特点使这成为一个理想的模型, 分析早期移植损伤与长期保存期或不同的保存方案和技术。为了获得最佳的成功与这个模型, 必须考虑几个关键的步骤。胰腺本身很容易受到操控。因此, 在器官恢复和植入过程中使用棉花棒进行轻柔的处理能最大限度地减少机械损伤。应避免用钳直接抓取腺体, 因为这将不可避免地导致严重的移植损伤。由于同样的原因, 脾脏与胰腺一起被恢复, 并且被用作手柄。这也是建立在临床实践。进一步的陷阱包括冷灌注, 这是通过使用4° c 组氨酸-二灌注液灌注通过主动脉残端。因此, 通过轻轻灌注移植, 可以避免腺体过度肿胀。其余的灌注液应用于润湿移植物, 以使其在器官恢复过程中保持较低的温度。
